Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for high-acuity in-home night care to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing for medically fragile adults or children in a home setting.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and responding to changes in condition. You will administer complex medications, provide ventilator and tracheostomy care, monitor patients, document in the EMR, and coordinate with physicians and families to meet care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience with high-acuity and medically fragile patients
• Strong skills in assessment, complex medication administration, and specialized airway care
• Proficiency with documentation and EMR use
• Ability to work independently with clinical team support
