Registered Nurse (Home Health)

Provide skilled home health care to pediatric and adult patients. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments. Manage complex conditions, including tracheostomy and ventilator care when applicable, and document all patient care accurately in an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
