Job summary
AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager in Weatherford, TX. This full-time role covers Grandbury, TX and surrounding areas, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Remote work is not available; travel to patient locations is required.
The position offers a $85,000 to $102,000 salary plus a $10,000 bonus. Licensing in the state and CPR certification are mandatory. You will join a compassionate team delivering high-quality home health care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
- One (1) year experience as an RN.
- Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all business locations.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- One (1) year experience as a RN.
- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
