Medical Services of America is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Cary, NC. Join a team delivering skilled, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, with clinical oversight by the Director of Professional Services.

The role emphasizes independent practice, on-call rotation, and collaboration with physicians to develop and adjust individualized care plans. A NC RN license and one year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, home health preferred.
• Independence and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to home health patients.
• Perform initial assessments and develop care plans with physicians.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and adjust plans.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and provide skilled, patient-centered care to individuals in the Cary and Apex (Wake County), NC areas.

As a Home Health RN, you’ll be a trusted guide in a patient’s recovery journey—offering support, clinical expertise, and compassionate care in the comfort of their home. Working under the direction of the Director of Professional Services, you'll help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life while avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to home health patients.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Deliver education and support to patients and families to empower them in managing care at home.
• Ensure all care provided aligns with agency policies, clinical guidelines, and physician orders.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of care.

What You Bring:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
