Care Advantage Inc. in Staunton, VA is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across Staunton and Charlottesville areas.

This PRN role focuses on supervising care delivery, coaching caregivers, and ensuring high-quality home health services. You will lead patient assessments, develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure exceptional, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in VA (Compact License accepted where applicable).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service territory.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.

In-Home Supervisory Visits

• Conduct supervisory visits to observe care delivery.

• Support orientation and ongoing education initiatives.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Regulatory Excellence

• Ensure compliance with Maryland, District of Columbia, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and clinical standards.

Clinical Documentation

• Complete and maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure timely and compliant reporting.

Quality Improvement

• Participate in quality initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Help drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and service delivery.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
