Care Advantage Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Supervisor to lead clinical operations across Newport News, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and surrounding areas.

This role blends mentorship, patient advocacy, and hands-on leadership to uphold high-quality home care standards. You will perform patient assessments, oversee care plans, coach caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians.

Formación

• Active RN license in Maryland and/or Washington, DC (Compact License accepted where applicable).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service territory.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology.

In-Home Supervisory Visits

• Conduct supervisory visits to observe care delivery.

• Support orientation and ongoing education initiatives.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Regulatory Excellence

• Ensure compliance with Maryland, District of Columbia, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and clinical standards.

Clinical Documentation

• Complete and maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure timely and compliant reporting.

Quality Improvement

• Participate in quality initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Help drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and service delivery.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland and/or Washington, DC (Compact License accepted where applicable)
