Contingent Role - must have Home Care

Position Purpose:

Our home care RNs, Registered Nurses, use cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their homes. Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. They follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
• One (1) year experience as a professional care nurse

Pay Range:

$35.80 - $57.28
