Job summary

Rochester Regional Health in New York is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care. You will perform initial assessments, plan care, administer prescribed treatments, and coordinate the delivery of 24-hour home care services.

You will educate patients and families, document clinical findings, and support other home care staff. A NY RN license and a valid driver’s license are required; experience with elderly populations is preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift role in Hudson.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Driver's license

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree of Science in Nursing preferred

• 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
