What You Will Do

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment
• Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card may be required
• For Hospice Only: Wound Care Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire; Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing required

Pay Range per Visit

If applying for the per diem, per visit position, the range is $69.34 - $110.00 per visit.

Annual Salary Range

USD $112,209 - $138,409 per year
