Job summary

AMOREM is seeking a full-time RN care coordinator in North Carolina to dedicate time to quality end-of-life bedside care and patient education. You will leverage technology to enhance care quality and collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive plans of care.

Qualifications

• RN degree or equivalent required (ADN/BSN/MSN).
• Current, unrestricted nursing license required.
• CPR certification encouraged; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality end-of-life bedside care.

• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Maximize hospice medical skills.

What you bring to AMOREM:

• Current, unrestricted nursing license
• Completed degree as RN (ADN, BSN, MSN)

• Hospice and palliative medicine experience preferred
• Up to date CPR certification
