Job summary

AMOREM, formerly known as Burke Hospice & Palliative Care and Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, is seeking a registered nurse to join as a full-time RN Care Coordinator. You will devote time to quality end-of-life bedside care, coordinate care plans, leverage technology to improve care, and educate patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will bring a current, unrestricted RN license, an ADN/BSN/MSN, and CPR certification, with hospice/palliative

• Current, unrestricted nursing license.
• RN degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• Willingness to take on new challenges and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Devote more time to quality end-of-life bedside care.
• Leverage technology to improve quality of care.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Maximize hospice medical skills.
• Coordinate the development of plan of care.
• Collaborate as a part of dynamic interdisciplinary team.
• Approach patients and families holistically.
• Have a flexible schedule and flexible on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

What you bring to AMOREM:

• Current, unrestricted nursing license
• Completed degree as RN (ADN, BSN, MSN)
• Willingness to take on new challenges and desire for professional growth
• Hospice and palliative medicine experience preferred
• Up to date CPR certification
