Job summary

Benefis Health System in Helena, MT, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform duties across the ASC, including Admissions, OR, Pain procedures, PACU and discharge. You will deliver direct patient care from neonates to geriatrics, while communicating with surgeons and anesthesiologists about patient conditions.

The role requires current Montana RN licensure, BCLS certification, and ACLS or progression within the first year; BSN is preferred and prior OR experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Montana.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current ACLS or scheduled to be completed within the first year of employment.
• Previous experience in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties throughout the ASC in the capacities in which competency has been achieved (Admissions, OR, Pain procedures, PACU and discharge).
• Provides direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patient populations.
