The RN will join the Health and Wellness team, provide patient-centered care, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Qualifications

• Has a current RN license in good standing in the state where the community is located.
• Performs RN responsibilities in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Assists with training, onboarding and coaching team members in nurse delegated tasks.
• Communicates with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective manner.
• Supports quality care and data collection initiatives; champions hospitality with residents and families.
