Qualifications

• Must hold NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six or more months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, accountability for improving lives, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused high-quality care.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
