Job summary
AdventHealth is seeking an RN in the United States to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. You will administer medications, educate patients, coordinate with the care team, document outcomes, and continually improve care quality.

Qualifications
- RN licensed and in good standing.
- BLS certification required.
- 1+ year in acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely and monitor reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions.
- Coordinate care with medical staff and departments.
- Maintain timely documentation in the medical record.
- Evaluate care plans to improve outcomes.
- Ensure infection control and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Supervise and delegate care; engage in performance improvement.
- Respond to code situations and stabilize patients.
