Job summary

Genesiscareers in the West Virginia Logan area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. The RN will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with LPNs and CNAs to support patient and family satisfaction.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or BSN, an active RN license in West Virginia, BLS/CPR certification, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English fluency for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in PCC EHR and ensure safety.
