Maple Glen Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-focused care under supervision, with a weekend differential of $6/hour for per diem RNs. The RN will lead and delegate to LPNs/CNAs, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and maintain PCC documentation to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an ADN or BSN, an active NJ RN license, and BLS/CPR certification, with experience in long-term or geriatric care. English proficiency and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs in accordance with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation in PCC EHR.
• Support patient/family satisfaction and adherence to care plans.
