Maple Glen Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-focused care under supervision, with a weekend differential of $6/hour for per diem RNs. The RN will lead and delegate to LPNs/CNAs, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and maintain PCC documentation to ensure quality outcomes.
Ideal candidates have an ADN or BSN, an active NJ RN license, and BLS/CPR certification, with experience in long-term or geriatric care. English proficiency and health screenings are required.

Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers efficient, high-quality, and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction. The RN operates within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates appropriate care responsibilities to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The RN manages comprehensive patient care through physical assessments, nursing diagnoses, care plan development, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
