Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence – Trans Mountain Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care across shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and effective resource management.

Required: active Texas RN license, 1 year RN experience for PRN status, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. Preference for BSN/MSN and acute care experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN or higher preferred.
Currently licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
1 YOE RN experience for PRN status.
AHA BLS, ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, direct clinical patient care per shift.
Assist in supervision of staff and ensure safe, effective care.
Coordinate patient care and discharge planning within medical regimes.
Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
Follow hospital codes and infection control procedures.
