Live Well Homecare is seeking a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in inpatient units such as Acute Care and Emergency Department.

You will perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide treatments, medications, and diagnostics while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Collaborative teamwork is essential for safe discharge planning and ongoing care.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a specialty nursing program.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Willingness to participate in nurse residency and professional development programs.
