Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Graduate Inpatient RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care across units including acute care, oncology, cardiac, ER, labor & delivery, NICU, pediatrics, ICU, and OR.

You will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and a positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a nursing specialty training program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care for each patient.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.

Job description

Role: The Graduate Inpatient RN provides comprehensive nursing care across various units, including acute care, oncology, cardiac, emergency, labor & delivery, NICU, pediatrics, ICU, and operating rooms. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating patient responses. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, ensures patient safety, and promotes a positive patient and family experience through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have graduate from a nursing specialty training program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience in acute care settings is advantageous. The role supports professional growth through fellowship programs, nurse residency, and mentorship. Ability to work under a Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX is achieved is offered.
