Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for our General Surgery North clinic. The RN will provide clinic-based nursing care for general surgery and bariatric patients, perform telephone triage, coordinate patient flow, and support learning needs of patients and families.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–4:30pm with no nights or weekends, and a remote work option for 2 days per week after an initial 60–90 day period, requiring KS/MO

Qualifications

• KS & MO RN licensure required.
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage, patient flow coordination, and education of patients and families.
• Enter admission orders as directed by provider.
• Delegate tasks to clinical staff as appropriate.
• May cover Medical Assistant or LPN duties as needed.
