Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time weekend in-home care in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one nursing services to veterans and others at home, ensuring safety and comfort while supporting care plans.

Ideal candidates are RN-licensed with CPR and TB clearance; new grads welcome. Three 12-hour shifts on Friday–Sunday with options for day or night hours are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• One year of acute care nursing experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in a home setting.
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered environment during visits.
• Adhere to PCM's policies and infection control practices.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient health goals.

PCM is looking for a Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country!

Required Hours

Three (3) / 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each week, night shifts.

Typical Shift Options

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00 AM

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
• Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; will consider new graduate nurses
• Current CPR Certification and TB Test

Standard Rate: $44.00 Hourly

Standard Rate: $44.00 - $46.50 Hourly
