Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring a Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse to provide in-home healthcare services for veterans and others in Ohio. You will deliver one-on-one patient care, ensure safety, and support families in the comfort of the client's home. New grads welcome with required RN license and CPR/TB completion.

Three 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday, with day or night options. Competitive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test completed.
• One year RN experience in acute care preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to patients in their homes.
• Ensure a safe environment for clients and maintain care standards.
• Deliver one-on-one care and coordinate with care teams.
• Work three 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (day or night).
