Watertown Regional Medical Center in southeastern Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical unit. The Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical provides safe, effective, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in an acute care hospital setting. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring care is delivered in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
