Recovery Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance abuse, and nursing care at the Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role supports individuals served and acts as a clinical liaison until enrollment elsewhere.
The RN will administer medications, conduct assessments, coordinate planning, and collaborate with community agencies. A current RN license and at least 1 year in behavioral health are required; BSN preferred.

$12,000 paid out every 6 months in $3,000 increments
The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility.

A Nursing Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region.
Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licensure: Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licensure: Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Certification/Misc. Requirement: Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Professional, Licensed Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse (Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field and registered or licensed with California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS)) (Medi-cal refers to therapists as MHP's, Riverside County refers to therapists as Clinical Therapist (CT)) (Associate degrees are accepted)
