Recovery Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center in Raleigh, NC. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with shifts 7:00 AM–7:30 PM on Sundays through Wednesdays.
You will oversee medical, psychiatric and substance use care, coordinate with community health agencies, and serve as a clinical liaison until enrollment at another facility. RN license and NC licensure are required.

Registered Nurse
Full-Time / Non-Exempt
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and e/o Wednesday

$35.00 - $41.00/hour
$12,000 paid out every 6 months in $3,000 increments
The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility.
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region.
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Must be 21 years or older
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Professional, Licensed Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse (Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field and registered or licensed with California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS)) (Medi-cal refers to therapists as MHP's, Riverside County refers to therapists as Clinical Therapist (CT)) (Associate degrees are accepted)
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid and current state-specific RN license.
Must be 24 years or older
