Qualifications include:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials as required
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and perform other physical tasks
