Ernest Health, Inc. invites experienced Registered Nurses to join Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital on the night shift in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

This full-time role includes a $7.00/hr weekend night differential and a $10K sign-on bonus, with a supportive team dedicated to rehab patients. You will provide professional nursing care on the assigned unit, perform assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to help patients regain independence in a Joint

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state RN license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One year recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.

We are offering an amazing night shift differential of weekday nights $7.00/hr. and weekend nights at $10.00/hr.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and utilizes proper policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for patients.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
