Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• For Casual RNs, 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduate nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience are enrolled in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care and develops a care plan including physical, spiritual and educational components.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner and keeps patient/family updated.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes per documentation standards and policies.
• Assumes responsibility for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers as appropriate.
