Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with an active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise staff, ensure timely work completion, and work well with a multidisciplinary team.
• Dependable, flexible, patient, and tactful in interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding nursing issues, understanding the importance of accuracy for patient safety.
