We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.

Key responsibilities

Providing exceptional patient care to a diverse adult population, monitoring patients with telemetry, and collaborating with a high-performing team. The unit features a 41-bed setting with typical 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios and an average patient stay of 7–10 days. Primary diagnoses managed include CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases. The team is recognized as a Center of Excellence with top patient experience scores and a 93% engagement score.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, with a graduate of an accredited nursing program. One year of relevant experience is preferred. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required, along with certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN (preferred). Facility-specific training for restrictive interventions must be completed within three months of hire.
