Job summary

Palm Point Behavioral Health, affiliated with Universal Health Services, is a 74-bed inpatient facility in Titusville, FL seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Shifts are 12 hours, 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM.

Requirements: Florida RN licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and preferred one year of psychiatric inpatient experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility policy.
• Prioritize and formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment and according to policy.
• Prescribe and coordinate nursing care to patients, during episode of care.
• Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and risk management.
