Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient recovery through comprehensive in-home care and rehabilitation services. You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate with families to optimize outcomes.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will mentor staff, handle complex inquiries, and celebrate patient milestones while delivering compassionate, technology-enabled care in a dynamic home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license as per Missouri state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
