RN Med Surg Full Time Nights Position

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role also involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The RN is accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Certifications

• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
