Apex Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments designed to support underserved communities. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, assess patients, educate families, and coordinate with physicians to optimize care plans.

Responsibilities span prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, with a commitment to nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, including 6 months travel experience.
• Residency within 60 miles of facility.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and competencies.

Additional Details

• Offers weekly pay, including stipends, and eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Contract durations are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
