Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, with strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver quality care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases - from preventive and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
