RN Acute Cardiac Tele Full Time Days Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining the competency of clinical staff, and managing resources related to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Certification

• Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or regulation. CPR certification.
