Qualifications

• Adapt care delivery to meet cultural, emotional, psychosocial, and physical needs of patients.
• Demonstrate flexibility in addressing unit needs, including working rotating 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and obtain specialty credentials such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP as needed.
• Prior nursing experience preferred; proficient in English communication.
