Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
Document all care provided, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
