Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care setting.

You will provide high-quality clinical care, supervise CNAs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident growth and wellbeing. In this role, you will perform comprehensive resident assessments, administer medications, monitor changes, and educate residents and families on care plans and health management.
