Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The role involves assessing patient needs, adjusting care plans, and collaborating with CNAs, LPNs, and other professionals to ensure safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in good standing and a nursing degree (ADN/BSN); CPR must be maintained.

Qualifications

  • Nursing degree required (ADN or BSN).
  • Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
  • Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
  • CPR certification kept current during employment.

  • Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Provide compassionate care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
