Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across ICU and ER settings. The role includes directing and supervising team members and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care aligned with unit standards.

Required are an accredited nursing degree, BLS/ACLS certifications, Texas RN license or eligibility, and at least two years of ICU/ER RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Two years ICU and ER RN experience.

Your Job:

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least two years ICU and ER RN experience
