Job summary

Blue Ridge Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 3p-3a shift. You will lead nursing care delivery, assess and plan care, implement interventions, and document outcomes to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or BSN, current NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply; licensure within 30 days of employment), BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. The hospital offers robust benefits and career support.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education:Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification:BLS Healthcare Provider
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
