Dallas Center United Methodist Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for our 7A shift with rotating days. The role delivers high-quality nursing care via the nursing process, directing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet age and development needs per unit standards.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree with Texas RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Current additional certifications as required by department.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 1 year RN experience.

Your Job

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
