Job summary

Methodist Health System in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, and to support the mission, vision and values of the system. The requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, a current Texas RN license with BLS certification, and at least 12 months of RN experience.

You will collaborate with a care team to deliver safe, effective care and continuity throughout the patient episode.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the team, patients and families and ensures accurate documentation of patient information.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment and administers medications and IVs as prescribed.
