As a UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper team member, you will have a voice in patient care decisions, support the most advanced medical technologies, and feel a strong sense of satisfaction from making a difference in people’s lives every day.
Registered Nurse Floaters are responsible for providing continuous quality patient care in various settings. They are part of a resource team assigned to different units during shifts to meet patient care needs. These RNs possess the skills, competency, and qualifications to work in several clinical areas, divided into three teams: Specialty/CCU, Inpatient Acute, and Women's Services.
Constant standing, frequent walking, bending/stooping, ability to lift/push/pull 100 lbs., and use of safety equipment as needed.
