Job summary

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Florida is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Float Pool RN to join our team. You will float between areas across the nursing spectrum, acting as a patient and family advocate and contributing to high-quality care.

Requirements include a Florida RN license (or multistate), BLS within 30 days, 2 years of bedside nursing in an acute care hospital, ACLS preferred with 6 months to obtain, and BSN preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

What will you do in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start

2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

BSN is preferred
