United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking a highly adaptable Registered Nurse to support perioperative services across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in the Silver Spring/Chevy Chase area. The RN Float Pool will float to Bethesda Chevy Chase, Piccard Surgery Center, SurgCenter of Silver Spring, Glen Echo, and Chevy Chase as needed, focusing on PreOp/PACU and OR Circulating roles.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years' experience, MD RN license, BLS/ACLS, and a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1–2 years experience as Circulator or in PreOp/PACU.

Responsibilities

• Float between centers to support perioperative services across locations.
• Provide PreOp/PACU and OR Circulating nursing care.
• Assess patient needs and respond to intraoperative requests.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.

RN Float Pool for Preop/PACU and OR Circulator

Silver Spring/Chevy Chase Area

We are seeking a highly adaptable and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to support our perioperative services across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in the Silver Spring/Chevy Chase area.

This role is ideal for experienced nurses in PreOp/PACU and/or OR Circulating who thrive in fast-paced surgical environments and are comfortable floating between locations to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence. We have full-time and PRN positions available where you will be required to float to the following centers based on surgical volume and staffing needs:

• Bethesda Chevy Chase
• Piccard Surgery Center
• SurgCenter of Silver Spring
• Glen Echo Surgery Center
• Surgery Center of Chevy Chase

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active and current RN license in Maryland
• BLS and ACLS required
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Circulator or in PreOp/PACU
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Rate of pay: $56 for FT and $54 for PRN. Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
