United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a highly adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool for Preop/PACU and OR Circulator to support our perioperative services in the Bethesda/Potomac region. This role caters to experienced nurses who excel in fast-paced surgical environments.
The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license in Maryland, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Circulator role, and will float between multiple surgery centers as required.

We are seeking a highly adaptable and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to support our perioperative services across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in the Bethesda/Potomac region.
This role is ideal for experienced nurses in PreOp/PACU and/or OR Circulating who thrive in fast-paced surgical environments and are comfortable floating between locations to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence. We have full-time and PRN positions available where you will be required to float to the following centers based on surgical volume and staffing needs:
Rate of pay: $56 for FT and $54 for PRN
